• 15-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Jewellery must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear may not qualify for a return.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the appropriate payment method.
• Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
